Bio
Ryan Reid is a dynamic British actor, singer, and coach with an impressive career in musical theatre. A graduate of ArtsEd with a BA, Hons, in Musical Theatre, Ryan made history as the first Black actor to play Fiyero in Wicked at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre. His West End and touring credits include Dreamgirls, Savoy Theatre, In The Heights King’s Cross Theatre, and Shrek The Musical, UK Tour.
Bringing a wealth of professional experience into his teaching, Ryan helps emerging performers bridge the gap between training and the professional stage. His insight into the demands of West End performance, both as a lead and as an understudy, makes his sessions invaluable for those aiming to succeed in the industry.
